The Team
The Tobar leadership team is made up of a mix of seasoned leaders who have united together in the vision for Tobar. Some of these leaders are part of Emmanuel’s local leadership team, who serve and lead in Emmanuel and some who serve in leadership teams outside Emmanuel. The local oversight team of Emmanuel has recognised Tobar Leadership as an Apostolic Team overseeing the network of church-plants being birthed out of Emmanuel and other partner churches. As such, Emmanuel’s local oversight team has been pleased to pray for and commissioned this team with the laying on of hands. Emmanuel’s local oversight team and Tobar Leadership Team are mutually submissive to one another as they seek to release one another into further kingdom growth and multiplication.
